Service Description

How incredible would it be to learn how to give yourself the space to respond instead of react to a situation? What if you could learn this in a space where you didn't have to cook, clean, do laundry, or any other household duties? This retreat is for you! On this retreat, learn the basics of meditation and how to use it as a tool for self-reflection and calm growth into your best self. Nestled in a space with access to a private lake and walking trails, you'll find yourself connecting to yourself and to nature in a unique way. Cost includes guided meditations, thought-provoking conversation, vegan/vegetarian meals, and cozy, shared cabin accommodations. Bring a journal if you enjoy writing. Please advise if there are any food allergies/restrictions. Space is limited to 8 people. Tentative schedule: Dec 3: Arrive any time after 5pm Dinner is served between 5:30-7:30pm Dec 4: 7:00 am - Morning meditation 7:30 am - Breakfast Free time till lunch - feel free to kayak, swim, hike, etc. noon: Lunch is served 2:00 pm - Workshop: Understanding Breath and its Role in Meditation 4:00 pm - Free time 5:30 pm - Dinner is served 8:00 pm - Outdoor fire + meditation (Letting go) Dec 5: 7:00 am - meditation + yoga practice (optional) 8:00 am - Breakfast 9:30 am - Closing remarks and discussion Free time Check out any time after 11:00 am

Please note: This time has been reserved for you. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the service. For Yoga Teacher Training and retreats, refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the start date.
