What You Can Expect

Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is an opportunity to explore the practice of yoga in a slightly different way. This YTT provides a foundation of connection. 

Don’t have a desire to teach others? That’s completely okay! Most students take part in this training to gain a better understanding of self and build a foundation for their own practice.

We provide a course manual and materials.

Do I need to be “good” at yoga to do a teacher training?

While consistent personal practice is encouraged prior to training, it is not required. There is no such thing as being “bad” at yoga. Over the course of training, we delve into what it means to truly practice yoga. As long as you’re open to learning and participating in discussions, you are welcome to the training.
